Microsoft will issue an update to fix a Windows 7 bug it created

Windows 7 has one last update that's on its fashion to all systems running the older operating organisation (via The Verge). The update fixes a wallpaper bug that acquired PC displays to appear black when a wallpaper is set up to Stretch. At the moment, the workaround for the bug is to ready your wallpaper to Fill up, Fit, Tile, or Centre, simply Microsoft is working on a resolution for the outcome.

The bug first appeared in update KB4534210. That was supposed to be the last update to Windows 7, but since it included the wallpaper bug, an update with a fix is on the way. A Microsoft support certificate states that Microsoft is "working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release, which will be released to all customers running Windows seven and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1." The Verge points out that the update was initially but going to be bachelor for organizations that purchased Windows 7 Extended Security Updates, but will instead send out to everyone. Some around the web had already begun criticizing Microsoft for shipping an update with a problems and and then planning to accuse people to fix it through an upgrade to Windows 10. At present, people will receive the fix for free.

Windows 7 officially fell out of support this month. Microsoft continues to push button people towards Windows x, but many are still on Windows 7. The German government will accept to pay €800,000 for Extended Security Updates and a recent study shows that Windows 7 is "nearly ubiquitous" at large companies.
